Coordinates the 24-hour transfer roster, the bearer team and the eleven-vehicle fleet, after six years as a transfer driver and bearer.

Keeps the permanent registers, the document control system and the audit program, and has led compliance for the business since 2019.
Sam Petrakis
Arranges and conducts around 120 funerals a year, mentors new arrangers and is the first point of contact for the Ballarat chapel.
Chloe Brennan
Admits and identifies deceased persons, assists with dressing and encoffining, and manages cool room and equipment cleaning logs in her second year.
Mitch Doyle
Leads the four-person digging crew, operates the excavator and shoring equipment, and has kept the park's grounds for nine years.
